There are 2 sets of cats in the entire system (both pictured in the diagrams).
For the headers, the RD Sport motor build thread should have some good info:
link. If I remember correctly, there were some good picture comparisons between the RD Sport "shorty" headers and stock headers. It's a long thread, but you should find it a good read.
Correct on the resonators, they come after the x-pipe in the 2nd diagram.
