First off, why in the christ would you have heated floors in ur garage.......
I could understand running ducts to ur garages from ur houses furnace to keep the garages warm in the winter if you wanted to do some work in them, but the floors??
Second, I dont see how you would need approval for that, I mean if It came down to water usage, I could use just as much washing two or three cars if I wanted, how the hell would the community know? And on second thought, what exactly would they do other than upcharge your water bill?? I mean its not like your running that thing for commercial purposes every day..or dyou wash all 5 of your cars every day???
Oy, if only I had to actually worry about such things..
