Also since I'm also in MD, where did you go for welding and jetcoating?
Finally, would you mind if we met somewhere so I can listen in person?
Much appreciated...

I'd be happy to meet. It was welded by an employee of one of my buddy's companies however I have used Robert at Extreme Exhaust in Brooklyn MD before and if I need to open it up and get pipes welded in I'll go back to Robert. The coating was done in Eldersburg at Maryland Performance Coating. I know that jethot is a brand name and I'm not sure if this is the exact brand but it's basically that same type of material. I used heat shield products exhaust wrap
http://www.heatshieldproducts.com/p_exhaust_wrap.php I got the 50 roll black which was perfect for the pipes from the exhaust to the clamp. I used pipe clamps i got from home depot as well as Heat shield's ties to secure the exhaust wrap and then sprayed it with the high temp coating/spray paint they say to use to make sure the wrap does nto fray and cures. I used the tape as mentioned earlier in the thread and some additional exhaust adheasive tape to secure the internals. Mine is completely covered (all perforations) and all sound deadening material removed.
