Its NOT AN EVERYDAY DRIVER!!!!
The M3 IS
If you buy a Porsche GT3, you HAVE TO HAVE another car to drive everyday, as its dumb to use a GT3 everyday and put mileage on it will de-value like hell if you drive 15k mile a year. An M3 on the other hand does so at a lessor value. The GT3 is too uncomfortable to go to the shops to do grocery shopping in with that dumb ass bonnet boot you can fit three packets of milk in. Plus when you park it outside the shopping centre, you get some fat ass house wife opening her Voyagers doors on your car, or crashing her trolley into it.
If you all you will note that I have owned 7 Porsche, all of them GT3 and GT2s over the last 10 years. I have never owned one without owning an M3 or Cayenne or X5 as a daily car. Fuckit if you want buy a Golf GTi to drive everyday so you don't fuck up the weekend sports car.
Now USE YOUR HEADS, and listen...
GT3/RS best car ever....BUT not for everyday. Save the expense of havinig to buy another car.
M3, best car ever for the money plus cheaper plus good for everyday yay hoo fuckin ray!!!! And you dont need another car.
Anyone else want to debate with me on this???
I am quite sure every guy here who sells the M3 for a GT3 and drops a bag full of additional cash will come back 6-8 months later and agree with what I have said

I agree with most of your statement, but nobody here is debating if the 997.2 GT3 can be used as a grocery go getter. The OP has a 2005 Mini he can use for those type of things and his M3 already sold. No one should get a GT3 if its their absolute only car. I have 3 other cars, yet enjoy driving the
GT3 at least 4 time a week and track it once a month. It is obviously a car meant to me driven, not to do errands with. I've put 3400 miles on it in 3 months and its probably the best 3400 miles I've spent in ANY car...
