I can join the "Frozen Club" but I do not have an M3, I have an M5. I am also located in the USA.

I have done all matte carbon fiber for the front grills, side gills, lower mirror covers. I also did matte black exhaust tips (and the front of the cans, so if your down on your knees looking at the exhaust, you won't see silver) and matte black m5 badge (putting on soon. trying to find a product to take off adhesive that wont damage the matte paint). I also had the side markers done in a matte white/clear and paintmatched the front side reflectors frozen grey.

IND was my supplier for all the parts. I highly suggest them to anybody, because if you have a vision for your car they are the people that can make it happen, all in house. They ordered all my parts (which were high quality parts btw, not the cheap stuff almost all suppliers sell to us) and painted or gave the matte treatment to parts then sent them out to me all within about a week. IND is a very top notch and efficient shop.

I really like the M3 in this color also.. Carbonfiber goes great with Frozen Grey. Individual should start moving onto matte 'frozen blue', etc. which I think they are going to do in spring '10 for the M3

Here are the photos of my car:
