Andy did apperantly order the PN highlighted and according to him it did not have a rear fog light button. Can you please verify? Or, what's the possibility of ordering one through you?

I'm german and my car is a 09 european spec model, I do not order it seperatly, it's standard equipment.
All german cars have rear fog lights and also the rear foglight button.
You willl find the PN 61 31 9 169 400 at part catalog only for ece models,
PN for usa spec shown below.
I guess Andy did not really get this (ece) PN (i think PN is stamped in ?)...
