Check front and rear carrier bushings. Unlikely you’ll get a good diagnosis unless you pull out the shifter mechanism and inspect it. You can check out my posts, I had my front 50a prototype carrier bushings from Autosolutions melt away which gave me lots of vibrations and side to side play. I had the kit refreshed and put in a turner 70a rear poly bushing and good as new.
