Ok that means it is a cache issue, but things are much simpler. When you are on the notifications page, just hold SHIFT then click the reload icon (in the top center address bar on the right side). You have to keep shift held down while you press the reload icon. That will refresh every file. From there, the new files should be saved to your browser.

As parts of the site become complete, this issue will hopefully become less as there wont be updates. I am sending the updates to the browsers but safari loves to break the rules to make loads faster. Overall its a good strategy but it can bite us here and there when I’m doing rapid updates
