You don't need an adapter. Get a seat bracket that has a location to bolt the receiver to.
The yellow plug under the seat has a tab on it and the plug for the seat belt receptacle can come completely off the main plug and has its own plug.
You can just plug that into the original plug attached to the chassis harness under the seat. I put a little zip tie on it to make sure it doesn't come out because it isn't "latched" in anymore.
Edit: Sorry I said plug about a thousand times, but when you look at the main harness attached to the seat you will see what I mean.
