Most likely due to the fact that your car is "catless" therefore the "increased emissions" message is triggered occasionally. The frequency of message is also linked to the location of the pre-cat and post-cat O2 sensors proximity to each other. There are quite a lot of threads out there if you use the forums advanced search feature to find them. Your tuner may be able to help and/or a different X-Pipe.
