My oil change is due on 2/15. My brake fluid is due 3/15. Since both are still free from BMW, my service advisor scheduled me for 3/5 so the brake fluid will be free and I wouldn't have to make two trips.
since last week, my car and the BMW app have been nagging me about the overdue oil service whenever I get into the car.

the simple answer is "NO" with a caveat: For a dealer to deny a warranty claim because service was not done on schedule, the lack of service must be the
direct cause of the warranty claim:
For example for a malfunctioning alternator, a suspension or electrical problem would still be covered under the warranty regardless of when you changed your oil and/or brake fluid.
