can BMW deny warranty claims if oil change is overdue by a month? 4200 miles only, since the previous oil change at the same BMW dealer back in February 2025.

I live very far from the nearest BMW dealer and requires 4 hours of driving time.

My oil change is due on 2/15. My brake fluid is due 3/15. Since both are still free from BMW, my service advisor scheduled me for 3/5 so the brake fluid will be free and I wouldn't have to make two trips.

since last week, my car and the BMW app have been nagging me about the overdue oil service whenever I get into the car.
