It was an automatic fuel injector cleaner/tester. They flowed fine. Everything was within 5% flowrate and no leaks. Wasn't until I put them back in that one failed stuck open and lost a cylinder over the road.

Oof. That sucks, man.
Might be worth the broader community looking into how many injector failures might have happened after preventive maintenance on/involving the injectors.
