If there was anything plugged into the OBD port then no, I don’t expect them to because that’s on you for not following the guidelines. If the update failed on its own due to some other stupidity they didn’t think of, then yeah, I’d push them to fix it. All that said, it doesn’t take 2 days to fix this type of problem. BMW dumb dumb techs, maybe, but forum members with flashing knowledge have fixed such issues in 15 min.
