If the cold fluid level is at the min mark, the margin between min and max is the same (because stock cap), but the reservoir is taller... isn't the margin between min and max now a smaller percentage of the total volume?

I've been weighing different solutions and, in the meantime, letting my stock reservoir leak until it was at the min mark when cold. When it got down there, fluid loss slowed dramatically. Not sure if it's zero now, but it's definitely nowhere near what was before. I've now lost all motivation to do more than add a sweatband. Guess we'll see next season...
