The Injectable sealant will not be available any longer. Any old stock would also be questionable as it has a finite shelf life and expiration date.

Bimmerworld page is correct. The bedplate sealant works well, but must be applied properly and minimally, with the 1mm bead. This isn't necessarily a new thought either... It's factory on many N' engines and we've seen plenty of S65 bedplates with it over the years where it was used instead of the injected sealant.

The problem is that it's easy to over-apply and that will cause issues if not paid attention to.
