90% of non-cash transactions being leases, or 0.9*2/3 = 60% of total transactions. Sounds reasonable.

I don't think BMW releases the averages, but I suspect that they vary by model.
My guess would be that higher risk cars (EVs) and first-time BMW purchases (X1's) are more likely to be leased than the rest.
