Yes, BMW provides service bulletins and recall information to a government agency in the USA. That dataset is public, so I'm building the lists from that data without getting in trouble with BMW IP lawyers.
There is a mix of "manufacturer communications" and safety recalls, both of which will have corresponding service bulletins or other documentation.
So while this isn't directly applicable to other regions, you can imagine that issues reported here could affect same models in other parts of the world (e.g. the cluster that was the integrated brake recall).
You may not have the same warranty/recall policies, but the same defect may apply to your vehicle. So it still offers some insight into issues you may encounter.
