It would have been easy to structurally analyze the plenum under static and dynamic loading environments. The dynamic loading environments are easily derived except for the random environment due to the engine vibrating on its engine mounts and the hood direct and reverberated acoustic loading environments. The engine random environment could be measured by accelerometers mounted on the engine by ITBs. It’s the hood direct and reverberated acoustic loading environments that are harder to define. However, I’d bet all of the CF plenum manufacturers did absolutely no structural assessments of their CF plenums.
Regarding the nuts, this is what Bilal from Eventuri told me when I asked if there were any:

"The screws are held in place with lock nuts which sit on a carbon flange that is part of the trumpet. Then they use epoxy over the nuts as an added measure."

"Adding the lock nuts was a bit tricky but just about had enough space. Also we are using Aerotight lock nuts which don't come loose under vibrations like the traditional nuts do."

Also, a5m posted some pictures in this thread of the interior of the updated plenum and it looks dusty/raw, just like mine. If you run your fingers inside, you don't pick up anything, it's not dusty, it just looks that way.

I'm not sure if the flange is bonded to the cf, I would have to ask Eventuri to get an answer. It's hard to tell by looking at it.

Maybe the cf plenum manufacturers do some structural assessments with computer programs, who knows, but extensive testing would be costly I imagine.
