Not sure what modding has been done to your car, but something else to check for is to look for air gaps in the path to the radiator. If the air coming in through the air vents in the bumper has the ability to escape through gaps, instead of being forced through the radiator, it will absolutely go around. If the air doesn’t go through a radiator, then the radiator is not being utilized and the liquid isn’t cooled.
So, look at the air path to a particular cooler. If you can identify any gaps for air to escape and not go through the radiator, then do what you can to seal the gaps. I had to do that.
