2007 328i - No Start

Hello everyone, I'm reaching out for some assistance with my 2007 BMW 328i that won't turn over. When I press the start button, the lights illuminate, but the car doesn't even attempt to crank. We recently replaced the throttle body and tried to perform the adaptation, but it only cranks for a short while before running roughly with a crazy idle and a noticeable lack of acceleration. Additionally, I noticed that two bulbs in the front do not off when the car is off. I would have to disconnect the battery to keep the lights from draining the battery.

We recently hooked up a scan tool and I'm getting codes P2401, P2419, P240B, P1632, P2401, P2419, and P2408. These codes seem to just randomly come and go when attempting to start the car. From this take, does it seem like my ECU needs to be replaced?

Any insights or suggestions on what might be causing this issue would be greatly appreciated!
