The F82 GT4 Endurance package received upgraded rear hubs, which are available for all the F8Xs. I don't know whether that fits the E9X.
The F82 GT4 Endurance rear hub looks almost identical to the E9X stock rear hub, so keep that in mind.

Bimmerworld says the M4 GT4 hub flange fits on the E9x M3.
I don’t know if I broke a hub flange. They’re looking at it this week.
