Hello I am in need of some help. I have been going after this for over 2 months and can’t figure it out. Called so many places and don’t so much. So about two months ago I tuned my bmw e93 m3 with to tunes. While I was uploading the tune, the car died and long story short I had to buy a new ecu. I bought a new ecu on eBay and sent over the bin to the tuner. He got the tune and sent it to me. I uploaded the tune and the new ecu works and the car does start and run. But right after I tuned the car it was automatically in limp mode. I read the codes and came up with throttle actuator 2 bank predict check. And a few other throttle actuator 2 codes. I tried to clear the codes but nothing worked. I bought two used throttle actuators to see if they would work cause the person I got them from someone who said for sure one works. But none worked so I assumed it may be a bad one that he sent me so I bought a rebuilt one online. The for sure works. Very reliable company. And I just put in the brand new one and cleared the code and it’s still in limp mode and code comes back after I turn off the car. I don’t know what it could be if it isn’t the throttle actuator. Just bizarre this all came up right after I tuned my car. I never had this problem before the tune and never had codes. There is a new ecu in the car as well. Any help would be great. I’m very stuck.
