The instructions are included with the installation kit. If you don't purchase the installation kit, it's understood that you're already aware of the process since you'll be collecting the additional required components for the job.

They're manufactured on a CNC lathe from bar stock Chromoly. As with all machined parts there are specifications for acceptable tolerances. These components do not require additional precision (i.e. cost) for their purpose, so some inconsequential variances can be measured.

Weight is a non-issue. For context, each cam/adjuster weighs 8 pounds. These cannot be made of aluminum as these replace the central bolt washer and are subjected to significant clamping and torsional forces. During development and trails with an aluminum part, we observed indications of movement between the adjuster bolt and cup. Aluminum will fail over time so we made them from steel.

I'm sorry they took longer to arrive than you hoped. Between holiday closures and overbooked schedules, we are running slow this time of year. We can expedite when needed if we're made aware.
