One important thing. Did you shutdown the engine or did it by itself?
Did you face something like this when trying to re-start?
That was a hydrolock. If you faced that, it's bad news for you, sorry. You may have bent or fatigued the conrod and it needs to be replaced anyway because you won't be able to inspect it without full disassemble.
