No need to accuse chinese manufacturers overally, you can get top, medium or low quality from chinese. But they know how to weld stainless, inox, inconel or titanium.

I actually don't know - like I said, these were on the car when I purchased them and they only became an issue after they put the new engine mounts in. I do know that they're NLA though.
