I had tons of sparkle in my oil at that point though... so if you don't have that I'd wager you're okay. Definitely curious as mine absolutely sounded bottom end or at the very least coming from the lower timing chain area but I never looked further. I'll report back if my Carbahn engine makes the same noise.

Good thing about our oil filters is they are easy to slice open and take a close look. Hopefully it’ll be clear of any particles.
