Traffic jam assist is equivalent to ACC. It'll enable you to basically keep your feet off the pedals most of the time, including in traffic jams.

Lane change assist is more complicated. I'm not up-to-date on the 3er's, but 5er's with ACC and lane keep theoretically have the hardware required for lane change assist, but for many model years in many if not most regions, it was disabled due to local laws. It's possible to enable it via coding in some cases, but not all.
Personally I don't care much about lane keep or lane change. It's mostly my legs that get tired. The lane keep is good enough I'd say about 80% of the time on the highway. Still a huge help.

Thanks for this, so i downloaded the app and it does show me guide to Driving assist plus which basically is hands free driving in slow traffic.
However i do not see any such options under my vehicle settings nor do i get such option during slow traffic.
I do however have all the hardware required(radar below the grill, near the windshield, eye movement monitor and steering lights) so im not sure why its not there for me
