Get the BMW Guide app. Sign in, add your car's VIN. It'll give you an interactive user's manual tailored to your car specifically, and will show you exactly which features you have along with videos. The feature set is confusing and complex, and has different names and configurations dependent on region and model year.
Traffic jam assist is equivalent to ACC. It'll enable you to basically keep your feet off the pedals most of the time, including in traffic jams.
Lane keep will attempt to keep it in lane. It won't change lanes for you. BMW's ACC is very good against the competition.
The lane keep is mediocre. Works quite well with heavy traffic, but requires some intervention otherwise.
Lane change assist is more complicated. I'm not up-to-date on the 3er's, but 5er's with ACC and lane keep theoretically have the hardware required for lane change assist, but for many model years in many if not most regions, it was disabled due to local laws. It's possible to enable it via coding in some cases, but not all.
Personally I don't care much about lane keep or lane change. It's mostly my legs that get tired. The lane keep is good enough I'd say about 80% of the time on the highway. Still a huge help.
