I experienced some vibration immediately after 034 transmission mounts as well. Pretty normal.
After a while they get broken in and feels better and reduce a bit. OEM transmission mounts feel bit sloppy when shifting in a manual.
There is still a slight vibration but shifting feels much crisper and cleaner in a manual now. I gotten used to the minor vibratoon as there are more benefits to it.
