Manual also comes with oil cooler so just need different lines to connect them.
I’m not from America, prices don’t really differ, also finding a single hump DCT is really hard.

If you're hung up on the single hump, it still seems like it would be easier to sell the 6MT, buy a DCT and swap the dash. A lot less to go wrong...
