I purchased a used master cylinder and brake booster from eBay to practice changing them out before the new ones I purchased arrived. I'm 99% sure the used master cylinder was fine so if you want to try it out, I'll be happy to send it.
Get a few liters of cheap brake fluid for the ISTA bleed procedure as the DSC until will get air in it when changing out the master cylinder. Not a bad idea to install a brand new fluid reservoir as well as years of brake fluid changes certainly got some debris in there.

I may take you up on that, thanks. Let me try the calibration first and then see. I almost did it at the track, but decided to leave it be on the off chance it does something unexpected.
