In my state you are allowed one monitor to be inactive. You can code this yourself with ECU Werks or have a tuner code it for you. This only works if they dont do sniffer tests though, and I know places like CA actually does a check sum on your software. <= that is brutal, no way around it except back to OEM tune and OEM parts.
How old do cars have to be before they are not applicable to these laws, 25?
