I don't think you can get away from the low speed squeal- think outside temperature plays a role in it as well. Mine do it maybe 1 out of every 10 times on first braking right out of the parking spot when temps are over 90F or so. After that they are completely silent.
I never get squeal like you describe though. I have grease on all the pin contact points between the pad ears and the spring clip. Use bonded Brembo NAO pads, cleaned the pistons and held the brake 3 minutes to get the tape to set. Standard BMW blank rotors, permatex red grease.
