Thanks for the recommendation. I have friends in Seymour, so the Knoxville area would work out for me. I just don't want to be in the city, I'm retired and looking for the woods.
I've got my mind set on decent acreage with lots of trees, hopefully some fresh water on the property, and a house that is move-in ready. Can you think of any small towns around Knoxville that I might find what I'm looking for?
