I inquired about the available payment methods and requested the person to provide a written agreement if not going through PayPal Goods and Service, the person claimed to not have a PayPal account, so it goes to Zelle instead. I know I'm too soft in that regard,
should have insisted PayPal Goods and Service (protected) or no purchase.
I have filed a scam case and claim through my bank though. Learned a lesson. I'm not sure if I can disclose full email information of the person, but the Zelle username is under
