With the sliders in, the only way I can wear a helmet is to remove the seat padding which is very uncomfortable. With padding, the seats are reasonably comfortable and very supportive. Can't wait to try on the track this summer. Just need to code out the airbag lights now but that's a topic for another thread.
I'm buying a "low height" lower cushion for my driver-side Nogaro to use on track, hoping this buys me a tiny bit more headroom and gets my eyes onto the tachometer a bit easier. Tbd.
I run the "low profile" bottom cushion from Cobra while on track and it improved headroom obviously but also lowered me enough in the seat so my shoulders don't feel as squeezed (I'm 6'0 about 200)

In addition to the cushion I also recently started using a steering wheel spacer that brings the wheel about 2" closer. Huge ergonomic improvement with all of the above. Pretty seamless once wired up
