One small thing that got lost in the shifting shuffle—-the custom ear plugs. How did they do?
Round 1 of the ear plugs was a no-go. They just would not create a seal that would keep the noise out. They went into my ear canal fine. But they would just sit there and not seal. So, the engine noise was able to get past them.
The audiologist told me to report back if they didn’t work. I did. So I went back in to get molds again. So we’ll see how Round 2 goes.
