Not so much that, just helping with diagnosing the issue. They put it all on me and my mechanic. There was no suggestion about bolts, greasing the bearings, replacing the guibo, etc... It was basically to ship the driveshaft back and that was it.
Out of my ignorance, I saw MFactory on this forum as having a San Dimas, CA location. That's completely on me for not researching more.
