If so, I have a brand new set of Pirelli DH 305/645/18 mounted on 10.5" Titan-7 T-R10 rims. I think the fitment is very good on the 10.5" rim since the Pirelli 305 runs a bit narrow.
I've taken a couple pix to show the sidewall as best I can. There's no pinch/tuck going on here.

Now, the 300/650/18 Yokohama is a different matter. That thing is huge---like 1" wider than the Pirelli. I run it on the 10.5" but it's not an ideal fit. The rim should be wider.

Yes I run the same Pirelli DH size on a 18x10.5 BBS RIA 25 offset square set.
Use a 10mm spacer upfront but don't really need to. -4.1 camber.
The rear, no spacer is needed and running a -2 camber.
Zero rubbing and grip is unreal!!!
Now for my other setup, it's not squared.
18x10 et16.5 and 18x11 et16.5 BBS E88
275 tire upfront with 10mm spacer and 295 rear tire with 5mm spacer (to clear giant PFC caliper) ZERO RUBBING on compression.
I raised the front collar's and I DO NOT need to run any spacers upfront FYI.
