Opened up the reservoir and coolant is at max.

I also spoke to a reputable shop in the San Fernando Valley and was told if im not throwing codes, things should be normal - but theyre not. They also recommended to check to see if there is blockage in any passage. And to also inspect all the radiators and coolers.
