I don't know how anyone makes money charging that. Hell, it's over a grand for all the parts/oil/gaskets. $700 in labor? Same day is super fast. That is still only $70 to $80 an hour labor rate. |
I think they have one dude working on each one who knows how to do it super quick since he does them all the time. I have a pic of the invoice breakdown. I was mistaken, I payed 1850. But still a great price. |
Were motor mounts already replaced?
Odd that the oil pan bolts were replaced. |
I brought motor mounts and they threw them on. Oil pan bolts were replaced because they are aluminum. You don't have to replace them, but they stretch when installed so it's a good idea to replace them anyways. |
Ugh someone gave bad advice and wasted $100.
If anything I would rather replace the control arm bolts. But even that is not necessary.
