The Induction Noise is very pronounced above 4K (and would most likely overcome most exhaust noise).
I have an e93 M3 with DINAN exhaust and definitely recommend it. However, it will depend on your driving styles/conditions as well. The wind noises (with the Windows down or Convertible Top down) will overpowered the Induction noise over 65-70MPH.
