This sounds like a CAS problem. In fact the entire thing does. Do you have ISTA? This could easily be diagnosed with ISTA. I wish you lived closer. I have ISTA D and P. You may be able to flash the module in ISTA P to get it working again. Otherwise I'd plan on a new CAS or using a repair service for a few hundred. That will LIKELY fix your issue. I cant promise, but I think thats what you're looking at.
