I would do 18" if you plan to track the car. I wouldn't recommend going with a cheap 3-piece. Forged is of course going to give you the best strength to weight ratio (at a higher price). However there are some great flow-formed options. I'm personally a fan of Enkei as a budget option. BBS, Volk and Advan for higher level options.
