Actually I know the DCT is the better paired transmission for this car but technology/electronics strike again. And I know that stuff can be such a pain to troubleshoot. I'm glad it all worked out in the end.
The steering wheel can be a pain. I've had mine off 2-3 times. Usually one side pops free in 5 seconds and the other side takes me 5 minutes.

As usual----now that I've seen it taken off, of course I can do it. But I had no concept of the HIDDEN HOLES----no one told me they were hidden.....man, I was looking and looking....I'm like....I just don't see it......still wondering why the tech didn't get it though.....
Whatever, I probably still would have driven to Costa Mesa because I was sleeping at the track and had nothing better to do. I just wish I didn't have to drag my trailer around.
I can make video of the fast lap. If it gives me PTSD, I'm blaming you!
