002AFE - Voltage at terminal 87

002B14 - Throttle Initialization

(Throttle Actuators were replaced 25k miles ago)

Solutions tried thus far:
- New plugs
- Replaced Battery and programmed the new one
- New OEM Fuel Pump
- Physically inspected Fuel Pump control unit (all capacitors looked new)
- Replaced multi-purpose relay
- Checked Engine Ground
- Checked all related fuses on the panel behind the glovebox

I've been throwing a lot of money at it with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?
Might be a long shot, but check the fuel pump fuse in the fusebox behind the glovebox. Seems like you've exhausted all the other possible solutions.
