Ohh yeah, that'll do it, old tire probably dry-rotted some. Plus, maybe a little rubbing going on with the spring perch?
Tread does look good though, I have heard they do get pretty decent wear. Bummer on the sidewalls |
No rubbing.
Tires did its job. I got 1:40.x, 13x20min sessions at full speed, no traffic. and got home to enjoy another day.
Really can't ask for more.
There was no visible dry rot, but then again, look at the picture :-)
