Always easier the second time around. I popped the hood, pulled the air box, removed steering coupler bolt and reinstalled in less than 10 mins. I used a magnet (pull the bolt out), steel fishing wire (hook the upper part of the rack) and serpentine belt tool (as a guide).

Steering wheel is now centered.

Interestingly, the wheel can be off even though the key fits.

Before doing this, I moved the steering to highest position which seemed to help.
