Off center steering wheel is bugging me. I don’t remember moving the steering wheel back to the highest position either before disconnect
Steering wheel is off center, although the rack is keyed I may have assembled a teeth or two off center. Going to pull the steering bolt back off and realign to see if that cures the issue. Good thing I bought extra steering bolts.
